SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Will I pay customs, VAT, or import fees?

Shipments outside your country may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, and those fees are set by local authorities and paid by the customer. To keep your costs and delivery times down, we produce and ship every order from the facility nearest your delivery address. U.S. orders ship domestically; EU, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Brazil orders are all handled locally, which slashes transit times, cuts border crossings, and minimizes the chance of extra fees.

What’s the delivery time?

We ship within 2 to 5 business days of your order, then delivery typically takes:

  • Europe: 2 to 7 days
  • US & Canada: 3 to 9 days
  • Rest of world: 5 to 12 days

Because we fulfill through regional print partners in the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, or Brazil, you benefit from faster transit and fewer customs delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free standard shipping on all orders over 495 DKK. For orders below that threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Is tracking included with every order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey from print facility to your door. Tracking is standard on all Wearrs orders.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

Are Wearrs products made to order?

Yes. All our graphic t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are printed on demand. Nothing sits in stock. This made to order model reduces waste, supports sustainability, and ensures every item is created just for you after you place your order.

What sizes do you offer?

Our t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts come in sizes S through 5XL. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements in centimeters and inches.

How do I care for my Wearrs products?

To keep your graphic apparel looking its best, machine wash inside-out in cold water, tumble dry on low, and avoid bleach or harsh detergents. For hoodies and sweatshirts, we recommend a gentle cycle and laying flat to dry.

Can I request a custom design or logo?

Occasionally, yes. If you have an idea—a unique graphic, phrase, or event design— reach out via our Contact page with your concept. We’ll review your request and let you know if we can bring it to life.


PAYMENT & GIFT CARDS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Your payment is processed securely at checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email support@wearrs.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate before the order enters production.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What’s your return policy?

Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for sizing or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
